A Different Kind of Injury Firm

Big-firm experience.
Small-firm attention.

For fifteen years, Cooper Miles practiced at the largest personal injury firm in Mississippi — learning exactly how the biggest cases are built, valued, and won. He saw what big firms do well. He also saw what gets lost: the client.

Miles & Associates, PLLC was founded on a simple conviction — an injured person deserves a lawyer who knows their name, returns their calls, and treats their case like it's the only one on the desk.

Meet C. Cooper Miles

Cooper Miles has practiced law in Mississippi since 2005 and has devoted his career to injured people since 2011. After fifteen years at the state's largest personal injury firm — where he helped recover millions for his clients — he made a deliberate choice: fewer cases, deeper relationships, better work.

Around Jackson, you might also know him from a stage — Cooper sings and plays acoustic guitar at local venues — or from the Mermaid Cafe in Madison, which he co-owns. He practices law the same way he lives in this community: personally.

How We Work

Three commitments, in writing.

01

You get Cooper

Not a case manager, not a call center. Your case is handled by the attorney whose name is on the door.

02

No fee unless we win

We work on contingency. You pay nothing up front, and nothing at all unless we recover money for you.

03

Prepared for trial

Insurance companies pay full value when they know your lawyer will go to court. Ours will.

Free Consultation

Injured? Let's talk about it.

The consultation costs you nothing. The conversation might change everything. Call, dial, or write — you'll speak with someone who knows your name.
