The Difference

Four reasons clients choose this firm.

01

The playbook, without the factory

Fifteen years inside the state's largest personal injury firm means we know how big cases are investigated, valued, and won — and how insurance companies defend them. You get that machinery, minus the assembly line.

02

One lawyer, accountable to you

Your case is not handed to a junior associate or a case manager. Cooper Miles reviews every file, signs every pleading, and answers to you directly. When you call, you reach the person making the decisions.

03

Fewer cases, deeper preparation

Small practice is a deliberate choice. A limited caseload means every claim gets the investigation, experts, and documentation it would get if it were the only case in the office — because here, it nearly is.

04

Trial-ready means settlement-strong

Insurers track which lawyers actually try cases. A claim prepared for the courtroom from day one settles for more, faster — because the other side knows we won't blink.

What To Expect

Working with us, in plain English.

  • A free, honest evaluation of your case — including when you don't need a lawyer
  • A clear contingency fee agreement: no recovery, no fee
  • Direct access to your attorney, not a call center
  • Regular updates in plain English, not legalese
  • We handle the insurance company, the paperwork, and the deadlines
  • A lawyer who prepares your case as if a jury will hear it
The Fee

No recovery, no fee.

Personal injury and workers' compensation cases are handled on contingency: we advance the costs of building your case, and our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you. If we don't recover, you owe no attorney's fee. Social Security Disability fees are set and approved by the federal government — again, only if you win.

The consultation is free, the agreement is in writing, and there are no surprises.

Every case is different. Past results — including amounts recovered for prior clients — do not guarantee, warrant, or predict the outcome of your case.

Free Consultation

Injured? Let's talk about it.

The consultation costs you nothing. The conversation might change everything. Call, dial, or write — you'll speak with someone who knows your name.
